Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites although it is recommended to have Network+ and/or at least two years of experience in IT administration.

Security+ is compliant with ISO 17024 standards and approved by the US DoD to meet directive 8140/8570.01-M requirement.

• SY0-501 (launched on October 1, 2017)
• Maximum of 90 questions (multiple choice and performance-based)
• 750 passing score (on a scale of 90-100)
• 90 minutes to complete exam
